Shipping & Returns

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

We usually ship packages within 3-4 business days if not sooner. 

If you order a custom item please be aware that it may take 2-4 weeks for your item to be shipped.

We are not responsible for any uninsured packages.

Complimentary First Class shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. No adjustments can be made on previous purchases. Offer is non-transferable and subject to change without notice.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

eclipseGRAFX has partnered with GlobalShopex to fulfill its international orders. To place an order for delivery outside the United States, please add your items to the cart and click the International Checkout button on the cart page. Your items will automatically transfer to the GlobalShopex cart where you will complete your transaction.

In the GlobalShopex cart you will see pre-calculated shipping rates. You may also choose to see and prepay duties and taxes with GlobalShopex so that you will not have to coordinate payment of them when your order arrives in your country. If you do not prepay duties and taxes you will need to make arrangements with your local customs office to pay them when your order arrives there.

You may pay for your order with international credit cards, PayPal, SafetyPay, bank transfer, Money Gram or other local forms of payment.

It takes approximately 3-5 business days for your eclipseGRAFX package to arrive at GlobalShopex's facility. It takes 5-12 days for your package to arrive to you from GlobalShopex, depending on your location. You can estimate a total transit time of 8-20 business days for your order to arrive to you.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

 

You may return most new, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

If you decide you no longer want the items you ordered you may return them if they are new, and unopened. You are responsible for paying the return postage. We will give a refund once the product has been received and inspected. If the product is returned in its original packaging and has no signs of wear and tear you will get a refund for the subtotal, shipping cost will not be refunded. If the product is received damaged or/and has wear or/and tear no refund will be issued.

If we made an error in your order, please send us an email to info@eclipsebricks.com and let us know the error. We will do our best to help correct the error.

If you received a defective item, please send us an email to info@eclipsebricks.com and attach a picture of the defect. We will pay the shipping cost if the return is a result of a defect on the item.
